1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Minetrax Solutions Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Zambia (Registration No: 120251026477), handles information in connection with this website at minetrax.co.zm. We have kept the website deliberately simple: there is no login, no contact form, and no advertising network. The notes below describe what we actually collect, which is very little.

2. Website Analytics

We run a simple first-party analytics script on our own server to understand how the website is used. It records page views and clicks on key links. For each visit it may also record general technical details that your browser shares automatically:

• The page you viewed and the link you clicked
• The page that referred you, if any
• Browser language, time zone, screen size, and window size
• Campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example UTM values)
• An approximate country, derived from your network and reduced to a two-letter code

We do not store your raw IP address or your full browser identification string. Where these are seen by the server, they are converted into one-way anonymised values before anything is written to file, so individual visitors cannot be re-identified from our records. We use this information only to count visits and improve the site.

3. Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics does not rely on cookies. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, our analytics script does not record the visit.

4. Contact Channels

When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook, the message travels through that provider's service and is governed by that provider's own privacy terms. We keep the contents of a conversation only for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry and follow up on any work that results from it. We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

5. Demonstration Apps

The interactive demos on this site, including SafeApps and our commercial demos, run entirely in your browser. They use local browser storage on your own device to hold sample data, with no accounts and no real case, payment, or personal records. Nothing you enter into a demo is sent to us or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes the demo state from your device.

7. Your Choices

You can turn on "Do Not Track" in your browser to stop our analytics recording your visit. You can also clear your browser storage at any time to remove demo data held on your device.
